Procurement Diagnostics
The primary purpose of a Procurement Diagnostic is to identify business savings opportunities, but it is not limited to that. In keeping with establishing a world class procurement function, it will include observations on any areas where it is felt that improvements can be made and recommendations on how they can be achieved.
It does this through looking at the five key elements which make up best practice procurement and assessing the impact, negative or positive, they have on your external spend.
