This is a framework tool for equality improvement that effectively gets beyond the tick box to explore what you have done, why it makes a difference and what you can do in the future to improve outcomes for our customers, partners and staff.
We will provide you with a framework for individual assessment which will be completed prior to attending an equality workshop with your colleagues. We will expertly facilitate the day which will be non-threatening and will enable you to explore how you measure against the regulatory and legislative requirements relating to equality and diversity. You will agree a "star" rating which reflects current performance and identify a set of challenges to improve performance.
